During the entire month of July, I only added a mere 7.02 miles toward my goal of 700 miles this year.
Well, we enjoyed a vacation and I just got lazy. While we were on vacation, we had several late nights followed by early mornings. After we got back home, I discovered that I was just plain tired. And, it didn't go away quickly. Day after day, I'd turn off the alarm and go back to sleep, only to find myself feeling very sleepy just 2 hours after breakfast. Some days, I took a nap. I was beginning to wonder if something was wrong physically. It just seemed that my energy was gone. But, I finally seem to be snapping back.
So, July ended up being a vacation of sorts from my exercise routine.
